Disclaimer:

  • All players are expected to stay up to date with the rules listed below, any changes to the rule will be announced in #changelog in our discord server. By connecting to the server, you automatically accept the rules and terms of service listed below, and to accept responsibility done by your account.
  • If a rule is broken, the offending players will be subject to punishment under the timelines seen in these rules, or at the discretion of the rules team. These rules are subject to change at any given time, without warning or pre-given context. All edits will be announced in #changelog as stated above. In certain cases, the management team reserves the right to change a rule after a player has been punished to protect the community.

  • Players are permitted to account share at their own discretion. However, the player who shared their account will be held liable for any punishment and or rule broken by the player who the account was shared with

    • Tier 1:

    Punishments in this tier will follow the ladder below:
    Offence #1: Warning
    Offence #2: 1h mute
    Offence #3: 3h mute
    Offence #4: 6h mute

    Offenders who have more than 5 punishments for this offence will receive punishment at management's discretion.
    Tier 1 Rules
    Inappropriate Chat
  • Saying anything in chat that includes swearing (not crap, damn, hell), sexual content and/or drug related is considered Inappropriate. Also stating any false information (ie; Do /ci for free items!) is not permitted and falls under this rule.
    • Chat Spam
  • Spamming the same/similar 3 messages in a row in global chat is not permitted, as well as using more than 10 capital letters. Also stating an unnecessary amount of characters or irregular charcters is not permitted.
    • Server / Staff Disrespect
  • Disrespecting a staff member or the server in anyway is not allowed or permitted on the server. This includes if it was a joke or not as it is strictly not tolerated.
    • Advertising an IRL Trade
  • Advertising a trade for any in-game items for IRL currency such as (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Crypto, and etc) or vice versa in public chat is against the rules and will lead to a punishment. This includes trades involving other servers or games.



    • Tier 2:

    Punishments in this tier will follow the ladder below:
    Offence #1: 6hr ban
    Offence #2: 12hr ban
    Offence #3: 1d ban
    Offence #4: 3d ban

    Tier 2 Rules
    AH Scamming
  • Any form of AH Scamming is not permitted on the server. This includes but is not limited to, renaming heart capsules, falsifying shulkers and/or gear.
    • Combat Logging
  • This rule regards logging out while you are in combat to avoid players from getting your items. This is not permitted and will result in a 1 hour ban.
    • Inappropriate Builds
  • Any build that is considered Inappropriate by staff, this includes and is not limited to, Genitalia, Hate symbols, and other extremist symbols.



    • Tier 3:

    Punishments in this tier will follow the ladder below:
    Offence #1: 1d ban
    Offence #2: 3d ban
    Offence #3: 7d ban
    Offence #4: 14d ban

    Tier 3 Rules
    Discrimination / Toxicity
  • Disrespecting a member on the server in anyway is not allowed or permitted on the server. This includes any discrimination such as homophobia, racism, sexual or offensive remarks towards players. This rule also applies in structures, signs and entity names. This rule will follow the ladder above but firstly being a 1 day mute.
    • Death Threats
  • Any type of death threat whether it's in messages, public chat or on a sign is strictly not allowed.
    • Allying
  • You are not allowed to team with people outside of their team. If you are caught doing this, you will be punished according to the ladder above.
    • Scamming
  • Any type of scamming is not allowed. If you are caught doing this, you will be punished according to the ladder provided above.
    • Stasis Chambers
  • Any use of stasis chambers to get out of combat or run away from a players are not allowed. If caught doing this, you will be punished according to the ladder provided above.
    • Cobble Monsters
  • Any type of cobble monsters or abuse of land in mass is not permitted on LifeSteal Dracual. If caught then will be punished according to the ladder provided above.
    • Void TP Trapping
  • Void TP Trapping is highly against the rules as it provides an unfair advantage to obtain hearts and kill streaks. If you are a victim, you are able to create a ticket to get rollbacked. You MUST need proof of being void trapped to be rollbacked.
    Inappropriate IGN
  • Any that is considered Inappropriate by staff, this includes and is not limited to, Genitalia, Hate symbols, and other extremist symbols that may be on the skin.
    • Inappropriate Skin
  • Any that is considered Inappropriate by staff, this includes and is not limited to, Genitalia, Hate symbols, and other extremist symbols that may be on the skin.
    • Combat Evasion
  • Evading combat in any way shape or form is not allowed. This also includes purposely trying to avoid losing items while in combat. If caught then will be punished according to the ladder provided above.
    • Forging Proof
  • Forging any proof of any kind whether it's when submitting a bug report, a player report or to receive a reduction on your ban is not permitted. Please note: As this falls under the Tier 3 list, the punishment offence timeframe depends off of severity.



    • Tier 4:

    Punishments in this tier will follow the ladder below:
    Offence #1: 7d ban
    Offence #2: 14d ban
    Offence #3: 30d ban
    Offence #4: Perm ban

    Tier 4 Rules
    Scripting/Botting/Raiding
  • Any use of spam botting chat is not allowed, this includes creating/disbanding factions, private DMS and spamming any other command which is visible by players. This will skip the first offence and lead straight to a 14d.
    • Blacklisted Modifications
  • Any use of blacklisted modifications is not permitted on our server. This includes but is not limited to MiniMap (Showing players), Autoclickers, Hacked/Ghost clients, Crystal Optimizer Mods, and anything that gives an unfair advantage for you over another player.
    • Boosting
  • Boosting to gain more hearts and your spot on leaderboard is strictly not tolerated. If caught doing so depending on severity, your stats are likely to be reset.
    • Xraying / Pie Ray
  • Xraying or Pie Ray is not allowed on the server as it gives an unfair advantage against other players. Xraying does not follow the ladder that is above. Instead it is a 3 day ban and then leads into the rest of the offense ladder.
    • Team Insiding
  • Insiding your team is strictly not allowed. This includes but is not limited to, purposely griefing your teams base, selling your team's cordinates, etc.
    • Kick and Killing
  • Kick and killing a member that is apart of your team is strictly against the rules. If you are caught, you will receive a punishment that follows the ladder on this tier.
    • BuyCraft Scamming
  • Scamming users in trades that involve Buycraft purchases.
    • Admitting to cracking accounts
  • Admitting to hacking, cracking or accessing another user’s account without their consent.
    • Punishment Evading
  • The evasion of any punishment which includes a mute and/or ban is not permitted. If you are caught doing this, you will received double your ban/mute time on your original account and alt account.
    • Minor Glitching
  • Abusing any minor glitch for personal advantage, for example, F11’ing to level up pets. (This includes holding/taping down buttons such as left/right click etc,) this also includes freezing your game, etc.
    • Bug Abusing
  • Abusing any bug on the server for any gain at all is not permitted. You are expected as a player to report any and all bugs you find through our discord. You're able to join our discord by clicking here.



    • Tier 5:

    Punishments in this tier will follow the ladder below:
    Offence #1: Blacklist ban

    Tier 5 Rules
    Dox/DDosing/Swat Threats / IP Grabbing
  • Any sort of dox/ddos/swat threats and any attempt of IP grabbing is an instantl blacklist off of the server and discord as this is strictly not tolerated on the Minecadia Network. Any attempt of bypassing this rule also results in an instant blacklist.
    • Releasing Personal Information
  • Releasing any personal information of any of the community members which includes both players and staff is not permitted. This includes and is not limited to, real names, addresses, and IRL photos.
    • Duping
  • Being caught duping is not tolerated on our server. Please report all and any bugs you find on our discord by joining here and creating a ticket.
    • Advertisement
  • Saying the ip of a server or any link that has involvement with intent of luring players to another network/server is not permitted on the server.
